Shipping Policies
ALL 2022 HOLIDAY ORDERS MUST BE PLACED STARTING 9/7 AND BY 11/30. WE ONLY SHIP USPS ONLY, IF YOU WOULD LIKE UPS THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE TO BE INVOICED BEFORE SHIPPING.
- Offering shipping in the USA only at this time.
- All orders are shipped USPS within 7-10 business days (sooner during non-holiday times). Tracking Provided.
- Candles may take longer to ship as they are hand poured when ordered.
- We do not ship or process on Holidays.
- Custom orders ship with in 7-10 business days. Bulk orders may take longer. Please let us know if you need by a certain date.
- Buyer is responsible for correct shipping addresses.
2022 Shipping:
Due to increase of supplies and shipping, we no longer offer free for apparel.
Shipping prices are based on dollar amount and weight for apparel and accessories.
Candle shipping is based on how many per order.
Gift Sets or Bulk Orders due to weight.
We ship USPS with these items.
Additional Information
- Some items may ship separately
- Some items that delayed or on back order will ship with priority shipping.
- The Dental Gift Shop is not responsible for usps delivery delays or lost shipments. Please verify your address.
- All custom orders: 10-15 business days to fulfill once the order is placed + selected shipping time.
- Shipping in USA only at this time
- For lost packages, please let us know and we will file a claim with USPS. Please allow 30 days for resolution.
